What if the necklace/bracelet/ring I bought/received doesn't fit? It makes no sense to have something that doesn't fit, so please email me immediately with fitting problems, and mail it back to me. I will make size adjustments free of charge within 30 days of purchase!
What is your return policy? I stand behind my jewelry 100%! Please return any item that does not satisfy you completely within 30 days. I'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account, or refund your payment (credit to the original credit card holder only). Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for spelling correction (if the mistake is on our part). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Where do I send it back to? Please send any returns, exchanges, or items needing size adjustments, with a short note as to what needs to be done, with your name, return address, email address or phone number (in case of problems or questions), to:
