				San Francisco Giants Pie We were staying with friends of ours in SF who are huge Giants fans, so I made them this pie for their BBQ The trick with pie dough, is that you don't want to handle it too much. So, when I have a design in mind that is rather complicated, I make a template for myself out of paper, then roll out the excess dough, and cut around my template, and TA-DA!
				Fruit Tarts I love making fruit tarts! The secret is starting off with beautiful, fresh fruits, and I like to make tarts symmetrical, with all the fruit pieces facing the same direction.
				A different Fruit Tart I made all the fruit tarts on this page at the same time, for one of our "Sopranos Night Parties." Just a little variety....
				Mini Fruit Tarts I made these with the leftover dough and fruits, so that guests could take them home with them!
				Pink Cupcakes! Okay, so these aren't pies, but I didn't know where else to display them! I made these for the JanetJewelry 2nd Anniversary Party of our retail store in NYC! I spiced up plain chocolate cupcakes with pink buttercreme, and sprinkled each one with store-bought icing stars and silver candy balls!
