I like to give credit where credit is due, and so many other independent Small Business Owners (especially women starting up their own online shops!) have asked me who I use, so I've listed below some of the people/companies I use with my business, and I'm happy with their work!

Sylvester Levy--General Contractor
When I moved into the new store space, I really needed some help rewiring all the electrical wiring (I have no idea what the people before me did, but it was a major fire hazard!), and I really didn't know who to call out of the yellow pages, so I asked my neighborhood lighting store (Lighting and Beyond, on 14th St) for a recommendation, and that's how I found Sylvester! He works by the job, so I didn't have to worry about how many hours I'd have to pay for, and he does free estimates for the job needed. Team Ronin--Mac Guru
I've been a Mac kid all my life (my dad bought an Apple computer for us when I was in elementary school, back in the day...when it was big and only had a pixelated black and green screen--remember programming Basic?). You'd think I'd be a Mac genius by now, but sadly, not the case. When I have problems with my Mac, or need Filemaker expertise, I call Steve @ Team Ronin. He's also extremely good at simplifying and explaining computer mumbo-jumbo into regular English (he even tutors "International Pop Sensation" Anastasia!). www.teamronin.com

The Bead Gallery Honolulu
I'm a bead junkie, and I've been to a LOT of bead stores all over the world, and I have to say, The Bead Gallery Honolulu is my absolute favorite! I'm not just saying that because the owners, Jamie & Jason are my good friends, but because they do have an amazing collection of beads for both wholesale and retail customers. While other bead stores often carry just "what's in" at the time (like just Swarovski Crystals and things that look like it), Jamie's store's always stocked with a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes, new & vintage, high end & low end. And the best part is, they offer so many classes, so you can keep learning new techiques while meeting other beaders to share bead knowledge & love of beads! Rob & Julie Ro--Computer Colorists
Jason illustrates & inks most of the artwork, and who brings the color to life? Rob & Julie Ro, a husband and wife team, are the best computer colorists I know, and they're the fastest, most amazing computer color duo on planet Earth! Not only do they do comic book coloring, but they also do photo illustration and retouching for Maxim, Stuff, and Blender magazines.

Tierranet--Web Hosting
I used to be with a well-known web hosting company, Interland (they suck!), but I found out a little too late, that yes, they have big clients whom I'm sure they treat like gold, but they totally ignore the small-business people like me! They'd put me on hold for like 30 minutes at a time, their scripting was very "non-visual" and "non-user friendly," and they made me sign a 6 month contract to lock me into a high rate, and on top of it all, they "automatically charged" me for the following 6 months about 3 months into my contract! I was so pissed, I was determined to find an alternative. I looked up every single website that I knew the person running it, and when I found the ones I thought were easy to navigate, I called them and asked them who hosted their site and if they liked it. A friend of mine transfered me to her webmaster, who highly recommended Tierranet, so I checked it out. They were about a quarter of the cost I was paying earlier, their customer support was quick and painless, their most extensive package comes with Miva Storefront, which I think is easy to use and very user-friendly in terms of having an easy to navigate online store.
